Ongoing Compliance
We provide support to AFS licensed boutique firms to assist with your ongoing compliance needs. We coordinate compliance monitoring questionnaires, prepare regular compliance reporting to your internal Risk & Compliance Committee, act as an independent member of your Risk & Compliance Committee and provide ad hoc support.
Compliance Training
We develop training content and deliver customised training workshops. Topics include an introduction to compliance, AML/KYC, managing conflicts of interest and risk management to name a few.
Racquel Joyner, Director
Racquel enjoys working with teams to help them achieve their goals. As a director of Sea Analytics, her focus for the last ten years has been in helping boutique funds with their risk, compliance and governance requirements.
Prior to working as a Risk and Compliance consultant, she held a variety of roles in several international banks across Sydney and London working in senior management in both market risk and business management.
Racquel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics) from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment (FINSIA).
